By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Introduction
The Sakeenah Summit (formerly Healthy Muslimah Summit) website and platform provides access to past event content from the Healthy Muslimah and Sakeenah Summits, spanning the years 2017 to 2022. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features or content.
Eligibility
The Summit services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using these services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Definition of Lifetime Access
“Lifetime Access” refers to access for the lifetime of the platform hosting the summit materials. It does not imply perpetual access based on the lifespan of the attendee, but rather access for as long as the platform remains active and operational.
Platform Closure Date
The Sakeenah Summit (formerly the Healthy Muslimah Summit) platform will remain accessible until June 30th, 2025. After this date, the platform will be permanently closed and access to all materials will end.
Content Usage
During the access period, users may view and utilize the summit materials for personal enrichment only. Sharing, redistribution, or any unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.
All content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of the summit organizers or their content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without express written permission is prohibited.
Access Limitations
We reserve the right to modify the format or delivery method of the content due to technical, operational, or financial constraints.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Visual Summaries
To honor your Lifetime Access and ensure continued benefit, we will email you a PDF of visual summaries from the sessions—so you can retain the essence of the summit in a beautiful and usable format. These will be sent within 30days of the platform’s closure on June 30th, 2025.
Limitation of Liability
The Healthy Muslimah Summit and Sakeenah Summit organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
